The detailed completion of this fact find will enable us to provide appropriate advice for your mortgage and/or other related insurance products. We will process all information in accordance with Data Protection Act 1998 and it will be treated as Private and Confidential now and in the future.
What we need from you
Completed Fact Find (download below)
Signed Signature Page document (download below)
Photo ID – Passport or Full Driving License
Proof of address dated within last 3 months – Utility Bill, Bank Statement or Council Tax Bill
Last 3 months personal bank statements
Last 3 months payslips and latest P60 if employed
Last 3 years SA302’s with corresponding tax overviews
Proof of deposit if transaction is a purchase
